Mama Coco is a celebration of eclectic flavours and homely island hospitality.

Mama believes that the best form of hospitality is that found in the home, and it’s our aim to make all our guests experience this at Mama Coco.

It all started back in 2008, selling cakes next to Billy’s Coffee at Rusty’s market. People enjoyed our cakes and we started to see the potential for growing our small business. At the end of 2008 we were selling our cakes at Rusty’s, Tank’s market and had started to wholesale to cafes.

We decided to take the plunge and lease a commercial kitchen at the beginning of 2009. Overtime we have grown with the support of the Cairns community allowing us to expand and continually innovate to become the café we are today.
